Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.


Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 4–8 business days, depending on destination. All delivery timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties are outside our control.


For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. Failure to pay required charges may result in the parcel being returned. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable.


A tracking link will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 3 business days to become active.


Responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier upon dispatch.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
